A reminder to ALL clubs. It is a requirement that all clubs have a qualified and certificated CWO who's details must be registered with Paul Elby the leagues CWO. Should you need to contact paul his details are on the league officers page of this site. Failure details of your clubs CWO will mean that your club cannot compete in the HECL.
